Shipping
All of our products are shipped for free with PostNL. You will receive a track & trace code by email when your order is shipped. Orders placed before 00:00 are shipped on the same day. The track & trace code will inform you of the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery time. If you are not at home when the delivery person arrives, the package will usually be taken to a nearby PostNL location.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product or wish to return it for any other reason, please contact us via email or our contact page. We will then send you a free return label as soon as possible, which you can use to return the product. Once we receive the product in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount within 48 hours. You can return the product without any explanation up to 30 days after purchase.
