Each watch comes with an adjustment kit with instructions. This easily explains how to remove one or more links from the watch strap. Links can easily be removed or added within a minute. You can remove a link by using the supplied adjustment kit to click one of the links loose. If you want to add a link again you can easily reattach it by reattaching one of the link pins to a link.

At this time, we do not have an option for engraving wooden watches. However, we are working hard to make this a reality for you.

Our wooden watches will give you years of enjoyment without any problems! On top of that, we provide a 2-year warranty for each watch. Should the wooden watch break down, please contact us, and we can see if the failure is within the warranty. If the battery dies, it can be replaced at any jeweler. Are there still issues with the watch outside the warranty period? No problem! Please contact us, so we can look at the possibilities.

The watches are splash-waterproof. This means that while the watches will tolerate brief rain, the watches certainly cannot withstand heavy showers, shower water or immersion in sea or swimming pool water. We recommend that you do not seek this limit, as it may damage the wooden watch beyond repair.

The battery lasts around two to four years, depending on the type of watch, its size, and the amount of energy consumed by the various functions. A watch that includes date display as well as day/night functioning uses more energy than a watch with only a time indicator.
